My recent stay at New Madinah Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. the property is ideally located near major attractions like the Prophet's Mosque, making it convenient for exploring the area. the room was well-appointed with excellent air conditioning and comfy beds, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff, especially Moatoz at reception and Irfan in the restaurant, were exceptional in their service, adding a personal touch to my experience. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of dishes to choose from each day, ensuring a delightful start to my mornings. However, my stay was marred by some noise disturbances on the first day due to ongoing drilling in a neighboring room, despite my request for a quiet accommodation. While the management tried to compensate by upgrading my room, the short duration of my trip made it difficult to fully enjoy the gesture. Overall, New Madinah Hotel offers a great location, excellent staff, and delicious food. Despite the initial setback, the hotel's amenities and proximity to key sites make it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the cultural richness of Madinah.
